Mahogany Timepiece Mantel Clock
A small, solid mahogany mantel antique clock from the Edwardian/George V period. It has a break arch top case with side columns with brass capitals and bun feet. The silvered dial has Roman numerals and a Tempus Fugit disc (Latin for time flies)and is signed by the original retailer Knight & Sons of Northampton. It has a French made 8 day timepiece platform movement.
We have been established since 1978, dealing in and restoring most antiques, specialising in clocks and furniture. We have our own workshops where we carry out specialist restoration work.-
