Condition good.Frame with small losses.
Sir Peter Parker is shown full length beside a massive naval cannon, an English warship at sea beyond.
Sir Peter Parker,first baronet, 1721-1811,admiral of the fleetfirst commanded a squadron that attacked Charleston 1775,took part in the reduction of Long Island and Rhode Island 1775.baronet 1782,Rear admiral and commander-in-chief at Jamaica 1777Admiral of the Fleet 1799.
