Mid 20TH Century Walnut partners desk
An extremely large and impressive piece of mid 20th century office antique furniture.
This impressive walnut circa 1950s/1960s partners desk comprises of two large pedestals with numerous drawers and compartments. It has a tooled leather top, and is in fair condition for its age.
It would probably benefit from a new leather and three new handles as three are quite badly chipped. This is not one of the cheap chip board veneered desks, it has been handmade with solid pine linings to drawers and hand cut dovetails.
The carcass is made of walnut which gives it a nice patina. This desk breaks down into five individual sections for transportation and reassembly. An impressive piece for any period style office or study.
