DANISH DESK BY OLE WANSCHER
A mid century modern desk designed by Ole Wanscher and produced by A J Iverson in Denmark in the 1950’s, exceptional quality Danish craftsmanship with English influence the desk has eight drawers the top two are lockable with original keys, cock beading around the drawer housing, swan neck handles and gently tapered legs, The desk has been fully polished and is in excellent condition it has a slightly darker patch to the centre where a desk pad has been all its life. Ole Wanscher studied at the royal academy of fine arts under Architect Designer Kaare Klint and learnt a very high standard
