Necklace of Ancient Egyptian beads and Bes amulet

A pretty necklace composed of matched Egyptian faience beads of tube and disc form, with a small central faience amulet depicting the god, Bes, wearing his tall, plumed headdress.
The beads have been restrung with modern gold-plated spacer beads, wire and gold-plated clasp and loops.
Late Dynastic period: Circa 7th-1st century BC.
S. Gabbay collection, Israel, brought to the UK circa 1975, and thence by descent to the present owner.
Very Fine condition
Total necklace length 44.2 cms (17.4 ins) including the fastener.
(Although he had no temples, Bes enjoyed enormous popularity in Egypt and beyond.
