Here is a good quality pair of Louis XV style upholstered walnut armchairs, circa 1920.

Here is a good quality pair of Louis XV style upholstered walnut armchairs, circa 1920. The chairs are constructed of solid walnut and features very pretty carved cartouches and a floral frame, which stands on cabriole legs and terminates on doe feet The armchairs features scroll arms, a shaped back and a serpentine front. The chairs are upholstered in grey cord draylon upholstery and are finished with studs around the frame. The base of the suite is firmly sprung so that you do not sink into the seats but at the same time is extremely comfortable.
This item would look superb in a variety of rooms from the bedroom, living room, and dining room to the conservatory. This item would certainly grace any home and are a great investment as they are an extremely functional. So don't miss out your chance to own a lovely piece of antique furniture.

Condition Report
The chairs are in very good condition. There are no tears, rips or marks to the upholstery. Likewise, there is no damage to the frame or breaks to the legs. The frames and arms are also in excellent condition with no splits or lose movements. The dark line you see you see in the photo on the back of the chairs is the nap in the draylon going the other way. It will correct itself when swept over. Free of woodworm, solid in joint and ready to use.
