A fine Quality Silver Victorian Pocket watch By JW Benson Ludgate Hill London
With full Hallmarks for London 1876 , comes with watch key
Excellent Fusee Movement working fine and keeping time having recently been serviced
Case in excellent condition both hinges are perfectly good on spilts or repairs ,case with pattern back and plain cartouche , top bow all original with screw fixing and matching hallmarks , press top button still works to open the back of the case
Clear white enamel face ,black numerals .gold coloured hands, with small sweep 60 second hand dial
Only very light hairline crack hardly noticeable to the naked eye
Inner movement protection cover
Beautiful signed movement with Benson's London name and address and signed
To H.R.H The Prince of Wales" Later King Edward"
This watch comes in original Benson watch box ,brown lining, with shiny outer finish in excellent condition and nice to have watch and box to match
Watch size 49mm diameter Box Size 108 x 94 mm
This watch came from the Bromwich family in Kensington London and very lightly engraved on the inner case J.Bromwich was the owner of the watch
