Perhaps the desk of a hopeful author of the early 19th century, this charming piece of oak antique furniture would still be useful in todays home. The sloping lid opens to an interior with 2 drawers, a shelf and space to tidy away treasures, papers or clutter! A single drawer sits below. The square legs are chamfered on the inside. With a warm colour and original surface, this small desk is a fine piece of country antique furniture. Circa 1820.
