A lovely small inlaid Georgian chest of drawers. This very clean and tidy mahogany chest is a rare size at only 33ins wide. Lots of storage of course in the four drawers for one so small. The case has some attractive stringing and the drawers have a cock bead around the edge. All sit on pretty little splay bracket feet. The handles although not being original have been in place for many years and are in good condition. They were not easy to tidy up as we dont think they had been cleaned for the last 100 years by the look of them. The whole chest of drawers is now nice and tidy and ready to go into service, a superb little example with classic simple Georgian lines. We have been in business for 40 years and are now coming up to retirement. We are in consequence looking to reduce our stock, Delivery can be arranged with a specialist carrier for around £70 to most areas. We now open by appointment, but we are often open Fridays and Saturdays, but cannot guarantee,( our sign will be out if passing ) it is worth ringing before coming.Tel 01565 874075
