A large, attractive and well made Victorian lath-back country style, arm chair made from Elm and Beech. Attractive broad arms with thick robust turned legs. Wide, deep and low seat, making it both comfortable and versatile. This particular example also has a pierced vertical splat, is light to medium Oak in colour and has a good all round patina. Solid and stable, no wobble, free from worm or old repairs. No obvious makers mark
