Victorian Mahogany Twin Pedestal Desk Writing Table
Antique Edwardian (possibly late Victorian) mahogany 9 drawer twin pedestal desk or writing table.
This is a lovely quality piece, that is full of age, charm and character.
Solid with no loose joints and no significant woodworm.
This desk has a finished back and so can stand in the centre of the room.
All of the mahogany lined drawers slide freely (some internal staining as one would expect).
There are no keys and the locks are consequently untested.
An attractive quality piece.
Note that this is a one piece item and does not come apart.
The blue leather top is a later replacement, but has wear, marks and patination.
Would look great in the right location!
Overall maximum dimensions 130cmW x 68cmD x 76cmH (60.5cmH x 50.5 cmW knee hole)
