Circa 1880 with alterations. Victorian ruby glass and cast brass oil lamp converted to an electrical lamp. The square base and small feet above cast brass collar and fluted and vasiform stem. The stem surmounted by the ruby glass previous oil container. With new brass light fittings and wiring with silk covered cord.
