with modern 9ct Carnelian and Onyx Fob

Birmingham 1991.

Chain maker's mark of Henry Allday & Son, Warstone Lane, Birmingham on the chain, T-bar and clasp.

The graduated links of the chain are all stamped with the lion passant for silver although they are quite rubbed.

The gilding is in good condition except in two places where a tiny piece of the gilding has been filed away. This would have been for a metal acid test which somebody had carried out at some stage. They are not very visible to the naked eye.

The chain and revolving fob are otherwise in very good condition.

Approximate dimensions: chain length 32cm with another 4cm for the fob, fob length 2.2cm, total weight 45.8 grams.
