A Large Victorian Walnut and Cherry Wood Chest of Drawers

The chest has superbly figured walnut fronts to the drawers, it has two short drawers at the top and three graduated long drawers beneath these.
The drawers run very smoothly and they have turned wooden knobs, this is a big chest of drawers and it stands on a small plinth. The body of the chest is made in Cherry wood with an attractive moulded edge to the top, the knobs are original,
The chest is good country piece and of good solid construction it has no creaks, splits or woodworm
The chest measures 40” high 39” wide and 18” deep
