Top of the range Waltham 1883 model, Crescent Street pocket watch measuring 55 mm in diameter and dating to c1893.

Perfect fine white double sunk enamel dial signed 'American Waltham Watch Co.' with black radial Arabic numerals and red 5 minute outer track, fine blued steel spade hands and subsidiary seconds dial.

10ct gold filled 'Moon' case by Dennison with plain polished back and dust covers which are free from personal inscriptions. The back cover opens to 90 degrees and has a couple of very small dings as per the photos - the rest of the case in good condition including the hinges.

The stem wind and set nickel full plate movement with 15 jewels in gold sttings, patent micro regulator, adjusted to temperature, positions and isochronism. Described in it's day as 'the finest Full Plate Movement in the world'. We only accept payment via PayPal as we do not have the facility to process payments by other methods.
