Welsh Oak Dresser from Cardiganshire
A traditional Welsh open base, or potboard, dresser with a fine surface in beautifully crisp condition for a piece that was made a couple of centuries ago. The cornice is of unusual, broad profile and finely moulded. The graduated shelves have broad pine back boards and an abundance of hooks for hanging. The base has has a pair of long drawers with their original knobs above a simply, but strikingly, shaped frieze.
The plain square section legs are joined by the original pine potboard. Excellent colour and patina.

The item must then be delivered back to our showroom within 14 days in the exact same condition as it left us.
STORAGE
Should an item not be ready for immediate delivery, we are able to hold stock at our shop in Cowbridge. Items may be subject to a storage fee where applicable.
