William Minshall Birchall (1884-1941) Watercolour
A stunning watercolour by known American artist William Minshall Birchall (1884-1941), titled 'Under The Danish Ensign', signed and dated '1923' to the lower left.
The work is very well executed and demonstrates clear skill in the use of colour and light.
The mount shows some small age spots and there are nibbles to the gilt frame extremities (please see photographs). The work itself remains in an excellent condition throughout.
