A Waltham British military pocket watch. A black dial with subsidiary seconds and lume markers. Case back marked with the MOD broad arrow below '18200'. The case style and mechanism is similar to the watches used by the Royal Navy on their submarines. A 9 jewel mechanism signed Waltham 16s. Specified to be adjusted to to 3 positions and 'adj temp'. Case made by Star watch case company. Serial numbers date this watch to 1942.
