A beautiful Edwardian satinwood inlaid ladies writing desk. The top has an attractive green tooled leather insert. There is a satinwood banding running all the way around the top edge.
The body sides and back are satinwood veneered again with satinwood banding.
To the front there are three frieze dovetailed drawers with mahogany linings and all have working locks with key.
The central drawer offers the knee whole space. All drawers have cast brass drawer pulls.
It stands on four tapering inlaid legs terminating in square cup brass castors which all work very well. The beauty of this desk is it being finished all round. You could have it in the middle of a room or pushed up a wall.
