Georgian 19th Century mahogany writing desk

Antique fine quality Georgian 19th Century C1820 mahogany writing desk dressing table.
Solid and no loose joints. Full of age, character and charm. The drawers slide freely. A rare and attractive find. The drawers are lined in old blue paper and the slides with green baize.
Would look great in the right location! A charming, characterful piece. Simple but elegant styling. Key for the central door only, which houses the slides.
Overall maximum dimensions: 103cmW x 51cmD x 80cmH (plus 2cm high upstand).
In good antique condition with minor historic knocks, marks, cracks, scratches, wear, imperfections, repairs and alterations, as is normal and to be expected with antique furniture. Some historic extinct woodworm that have been treated for good measure. Later 19th Century handles. Some slight fading to the top, that looks just right in reality, but shows up in our pictures that have been taken with a polarizing filter.
Stock No. 7839.
30-day no-quibble money-back guarantee.
Competitive UK and overseas door to door shipping. Sale up to 30% off marked prices
