Pewter Gill Tankard
It has two verification and capacity stamps, one from George's reign (GR), probably George V, and one from Elizabeth II's reign (ER).
Approximate dimensions: height 7.6cm, weight 212.5 grams.
There is a dent on one side and the base rim has had a clout so is not properly round. There is also a hairline in the base. Please see photos.
Clearly marked GWR and H R D for hotels and restaurant department.
Good aged patina on the tankard.
