Circa 1890, nest of 3 Chinese occasional antique tables, the rectangular tops with a recessed centre and faux bamboo fore edge. The apron is open fretwork with foliate carving of leaves and berries, which goes around all four sides. The legs again are faux bamboo and made in padouk, and all the antique tables are united by shaped and stylish stretchers except the smallest table which has an extra stretcher at the front to give the whole set symmetry. Excellent colour and condition.
