A silver J.W. Benson keyless wind, open face pocket watch hallmarked for London 1919. The pocket watch is complete with a JW Benson signed box and original papers. Please see pictures!

Dial: The white enamel dial has black Arabic numerals with outer minute divisions. The dial has blued hands and a subsidiary second’s dial at the six. The dial is signed: "J.W. Benson, London, Swiss Made".

Movement: The anchor lever fusee movement has a compensation steel balance and blued steel balance spring. The movement is in good working condition however, we cannot guarantee accuracy for an antique pocket watch.

Case: The pocket watch lies in a silver case with an engine turned finish and a monogram free cartouche. The case is fully hallmarked for Silver 925 London Import 1919 and numbered: 333365.

Box: The box is signed: “JW Benson LTD, Watchmakers. Jewellers & Silversmiths, 62 & 64 Ludgate Hill E.C.4.” The pocket watch comes with original papers, please see pictures!
