Vibrant Burmantofts Jardiniere Stand 1882-1904


A Vibrant BURMANTOFTS Faience Art Pottery Jardiniere Stand produced between 1882 and 1904. This attractive piece features Burmantoft's iconic orange/yellow faience glaze and would display well in either a period or a contemporary setting.
Marked on the base with the incised 'BF' monogram and design no. 1201 and 'J1'as illustrated.
No significant damage. Some minor fleabites to base, some discolouration where the pot has stood on top and one minor defect/firing fault in glaze at rear of base (pic 6). Usual age crazing to glaze.
Height ~ 610mm. Base dia. ~ 383mm, top dia. ~ 327mm
