A large pair of 19th century leather covered, black enamelled brass binoculars with New Zealand Railway connection. Presented to 'J.H. Uenna' as a mark of esteem from his fellow workmen of the NZ railways, January 15th 1883. Could have interesting history and may well be worth researching further.

Worldwide, first class, tracked and signed for delivery is included in the price.

Note of condition: A little tatty - can see the glue that held the lenses together but still in good working order.

Measurements:
Height: 6 1/2" (16cm approx)
Width: 5 1/2" (14cm approx)
Depth: 2 1/2" (6cm approx)

A great collectors item, would make a brilliant gift for railway enthusiasts.
