Simple but elegant plain curved design silver card case.

The card case is fully hallmarked for Chester, 1908, and the maker James Deakin and Sons (John and William).
All hallmarks are crisp and clear.

James Deakin and Sons worked out of the Sidney Works, Matilda Street, Sheffield.

The card case is 8.5 cm (3.25") wide by 4.5 cm (1.75") high by .5 cm (.25") thick and it weighs 37 grams.
All measurements are approximate.

The card case is in very good condition. There are a some surface scratches commensurate with age. The push fit closure is tight and works well.
