Antique Pierced Silver Scent Bottle 1900
A large antique silver scent bottle which was assayed at Birmingham in 1900. The glass is sound and surrounded with a hallmarked pierced sterling silver frame which bears the makers mark of Arthur Willmore Pennington.The original cork and silver stopper are present. The whole item is sound and in very good condition. The diameter of the base measures 2". The scent bottle stands 5" tall and weighs 138.6 grams. Free lavishly illustrated history of this piece included.
