Victorian Fireside Fuel Store Cabinet - With Scoop - c1860
This mid-Victorian copper flap-front coal/wood store cabinet complete with shovel is presented in good condition.
Riding over trumpet feet the piece is an unusual and pleasing example with lovely detailing such as the cast floral embellishment to the front.
This container benefits from a very attractive solid brass top handle and matching lower pull. Inside there is a lift out metal liner scuttle.
The cabinet is complete with a lovely wooden handled fuel shovel.
Overall a super piece of fireside antique furniture which looks attractive and functions nicely. The piece is clean and well presented.
