A nice antique silver wine label of oblong shape with rounded ends and double reeded border. Engraved for "Sherry". It is fitted with a silver belcher chain.

Hallmarked London, maker William Knight. The date letter is rubbed but will be c.1845.

It measures 4.2cm (1 5/8") and 2cm (13/16") deep and weighs 7g/0.2ozt.

In excellent condition with no damage or repair and only minor handling wear.
