Attractive mid 19th century silver decanter label for "Whisky" framed with scrolls and abarbesques and an outer border of leaves and flowers against a finely ribbed textured, shaped background. Fitted with a belcher chain. Hallmarked for Birmingham 1843, maker George Unite.

It measures 4.7cm (1 7/8") wide and 3cm (1 3/16") deep and it measures 11.3cm (4 1/2") from the top of the chain to the bottom of the label. It weighs 7g/0.2ozt. Condition is very good with no damage or repair and very light surface wear. Payment is accepted by bank transfer, card payments (via an online invoice, I'm afraid we cannot take payments over the telephone), Paypal and UK personal cheque.
