Fine Arts & Crafts Planished Silver Porringer

A very nice large arts and crafts silver porringer with round bellied shape, hand hammered finish and cast coiled serpent handles. Stylised vine leaf terminals and engraved art nouveau type decoration to one side framing a vacant cartouche. Hallmarked London 1912, makers Daniel & John Welby.
It measures 7.5cm (3") high, 11cm (4 3/8") wide rim to rim and 18cm (7") across the handles. It weighs 318g/10.2ozt.
Condition is excellent, with no damage or dents and minor handling wear. Payment is accepted by bank transfer, card payments (via an online invoice, I'm afraid we cannot take payments over the telephone), Paypal and UK personal cheque.
