Silver & guilloche enamel vanity jar, London 1942
This is a very elegant enamelled silver and glass dressing table jar. The rectangularclear glass body fitted with a silver and lilac guilloche enamel lid. The lid with vacant silver reserve. Dated London 1942, it bears the marks of B & G West.
Hallmarks:
B&GW for B. & G. West.
Lion Passant.
London Assay mark.
Date letters "G" for 1942.
Condition:
Very good.
Silver lid in very good condition.
Enamel in very good condition.
Glass in perfect condition. No chips or cracks.
Snuggly fitted lid.
