A pretty little ring box for two rings made from late Victorian English sterling silver.

The underside is where the full hallmark appears (rubbed) but I can decipher the Birmingham assay office) and together with the letter b on the lid, allows us to date this to Birmingham 1901, very late Victorian or early Edwardian.

The lid fits well and is decorated with a beautiful collection of three winged cherub / Angel figures. The lid opens to reveal the gilded interior and the fitted interior in a deep red velvet to accommodate two rings.

Excellent condition measuring 3 1/2" x 1 1/4" x 1" tall.
