1872 ENGLISH, STERLING SILVER DESSERT SERVING SET. MARTIN, HALL & CO

Stunning Quality serving knife and Fork in original box in superb condition. For cutting and serving cakes or desserts ( Super and very special gift for the bride to cut her wedding cake). The bade and prongs are also solid silver and engraved both sides, as are the filled handles.

Hallmarked:
crown for Sheffield.
The Lion Passant for solid silver
All are date letter "E" for 1872
Makers mark RM , EH for MARTIN, HALL & CO
Silver weight : 195g ( weight in box450g)
size :Knife 11 5/8”, fork 8 5/8”

Condition is excellent . Original owners initials to each handle.
