A silver scarf brooch by Scottish antique jewellery designer Ola Gorie.

The round brooch is fully hallmarked for Edinburgh 1989 and has the Ola Gorie stamp.
The circular scarf brooch is also domed shaped and features a simplistic celtic theme.

The pin slots neatly into a roll over clasp and can be worn as a brooch or used as a scarf ring.

The silver brooch is offered in excellent condition with hardly any surface wear at all.

Ola Gorie is based in Kikwall on the Orkney Island Scotland and is one of Britain's most important jewellery designers of recent times. A pioneer in the 1960s, she explored her Celtic and Norse heritage to find inspiration for stylish, wearable, modern antique jewellery. Her jewellery is collected around the world. She was awarded an MBE in 1999 in recognition of her work both as a designer and as a founder of the modern jewellery industry.
