A sterling silver cigarette case, hallmarked for John Millward Banks, Chester, 1901.
The case is in good condition, with good clear hallmarks and an interesting hammered design to the front and reverse.
It opens and closes as expected, and has a good hinge and closer.
Both elastic holders are in place.
Nice clear hallmarks.
The shaped case measures approximately 7.5 cm (3 inches) by 6 cm (2.25 inches).
