Victorian Spiral Fluted Silver Pedestal Cream Jug

A pretty Victorian silver cream jug of baluster form on a circular pedestal foot. The body has two wide sections of embossed spiral fluting reserving a vacant cartouche framed with scrolls and arabesques. Similar wrythen fluting in a band around the foot and a raised, reeded strap handle. Hallmarked for Birmingham 1891, makers Deakin & Francis.
It measures 11.5cm (4 1/2") high and 5cm (2") wide and weighs 65g / 2.1ozt.
In excellent condition with no damage, dents or repairs. Payment is accepted by bank transfer, card payments (via an online invoice, I'm afraid we cannot take payments over the telephone), Paypal and UK personal cheque.
