Very pretty American sterling silver flip top card case. Both sides feature a castle top style, very finely cast, central reserve of an oriental scene. this is surrounded by embossed decoration of leaves and arabesques within a shaped edge, each side finished with a stylised flower. A small vacant lozenge cartouche sits on each side. Gilded inside and marked Sterling.

It measures 3 3/4" long, 2 3/4" wide and 3/8" deep. It weighs 59g/1.9ozt. Condition is very good with no damage and just light surface wear from age and use. Payment is accepted by bank transfer, card payments (via an online invoice, I'm afraid we cannot take payments over the telephone), Paypal and UK personal cheque.
